本次行动，GLANCE的五位成员（Cindy, Floria, Ana, Daniel, Lamu）组成了一个小分队，于1月29号中午抵达四川省凉山州G村。小队主要开展了公益全家福拍摄活动，用镜头为当地家庭留住专属的团圆瞬间。
In this activity, five members of GLANCE—Cindy, Floria, Ana, Daniel, and Lamu—formed a small team and arrived in G Village, Liangshan Prefecture, Sichuan Province, at noon on January 29. The team primarily organized a charity family portrait photo shoot, using cameras to capture unique moments of family for local people.
在具体介绍此次行动内容以及产出前，我们想讨论一下为什么选择做这件事。在以往拍摄凉山纪录片及采访的过程中，我们发现了一个很让人触动的细节：当地一户人家墙上挂着的合照很奇怪，照片里的部分人物都是后期修图放入。
Before going into detail about the specifics of this project and its outcomes, we’d like to discuss why we chose to undertake it. While filming documentaries and conducting interviews in Liangshan in the past, we noticed a particularly poignant detail: a family’s group photo hanging on the wall looked unusual—some of the people in the picture had been digitally added later.
印象最深的一个旧照片里只有四个孩子，但小队采访时得知家里已经添了一名小弟弟，全家一共五个孩子。我们便询问女主人为什么不重新拍一张新的全家福，她无奈解释：城里拍照的路途遥远、来回奔波很累，拍照、洗照片的开销也不小。不是不想记录团圆时刻，而是现实条件不允许。
One of the old photos that left the deepest impression on us showed only four children, but during our interview with the family, we learned that a little brother had since been born, bringing the total number of children in the family to five. We asked the mother why they hadn’t taken a new family portrait, and she explained with a sigh: “It’s a long way to the city to get photos taken, and the round trip is exhausting. Plus, the cost of taking and developing the photos isn’t cheap. It’s not that we don’t want to capture these moments of togetherness—it’s just that our circumstances don’t allow it.”
走访更多家庭后，小队发现很多凉山家庭都很少有正式、完整的家庭合影。看到这样的现状，我们小队萌生了一个想法：带着相机和打印机走进村寨，免费为当地家庭拍摄、打印全家福，帮大家定格当下的温暖与团圆。
After visiting more families, our team discovered that many families in Liangshan rarely have formal, complete family portraits. Seeing this situation, our team came up with an idea: to take our cameras and printers into the villages to take and print family portraits for local families free of charge, helping them capture the warmth and togetherness of the moment.
为了顺利开展拍摄活动，出发前我们提前做好充足准备。小队专门租借了相机和便携式打印机，同时主动对接当地村委书记，摸清村内住户情况，提前规划拍摄安排。
To ensure the smooth execution of the filming project, we made thorough preparations well in advance of our departure. Our team rented cameras and a portable printer, and we proactively reached out to the village committee secretary to gather information about the residents and plan the filming schedule in advance.
刚开始拍摄时，村民们大多比较拘谨，对我们的来意有些陌生和谨慎。我们慢慢主动沟通，先和村里熟悉的小朋友互动、拉近距离。
At the beginning of the shoot, most of the villagers were quite reserved; they were a bit unfamiliar with our purpose and approached us with caution. We gradually took the initiative to communicate, starting by interacting with the children we knew in the village to build rapport.
当大家亲眼看到，一家人的模样被相机拍下、再从打印机里一张张清晰打印出来时，村民们脸上露出了真切、开心的笑容。现场的氛围也慢慢变得热闹又温暖。
When everyone saw with their own eyes how the camera captured the family’s likenesses and then printed them out one by one, genuine, happy smiles appeared on the villagers’ faces. The atmosphere at the scene gradually became lively and warm.
整整三天时间里，我们挨家挨户走访拍摄，一共为村里二三十户家庭免费拍摄并现场打印了专属全家福，帮每一户家庭留住当下最真实的团圆模样。
For three days, we went door to door taking photos. In total, we took and printed custom family portraits on the spot—free of charge—for two or three dozen families in the village, helping each family capture the most authentic moments of their family reunions.
一张张新鲜的全家福，替换掉了家里修修补补的旧照片，帮大家弥补了难以记录生活、留存团圆的遗憾。
Fresh family portraits have replaced the old, patched-up photos in people’s homes, helping them make up for the regret of being unable to document their lives and preserve memories of family reunions.
从最初的陌生拘谨，到后来的真诚信任，这场拍摄让我们真正走进了当地村民的心里。简单的一张照片，不仅定格了温暖瞬间，也拉近了我们和凉山土地、凉山人们的距离。
From the initial sense of unfamiliarity and reserve to the sincere trust that developed later, this photo shoot allowed us to truly connect with the local villagers. A simple photograph not only captured a heartwarming moment but also brought us closer to the land and people of Liangshan.
对GLANCE小队来说，这是一场非常珍贵且有意义的经历。我们也会继续用细碎、踏实的行动，为凉山留存更多温暖、真实的美好记忆。
For GLANCE, this was a truly precious and meaningful experience. We will continue to take small but steady steps to preserve more warm, authentic, and beautiful memories of Liangshan.
